A hot day – got to 29 degrees.
We were invited for pre-dinner drinks by our neighbours, Judy and Graeme, from across the road who told Pauline about the flat we’re using being available.
Very enjoyable and Graeme is a keen Flying Fifteen sailor and had recently taken part in the Worlds at Hong Kong.
Afterwards Noel and I went to the seafront, had some food and an ice-cream at Ahuriri followed by a glass of wine at The Thirsty Whale.
There were still people swimming at 8pm!
The seagulls loved chips…
Views from the Bluff Hill Lookout. Lots of logs ready to be shipped from the Port.
Looking down on Ahuriri.
