Today we went to the local market in Napier then walked on to see Pauline in her shop. After that we sheltered from the rain at the Masonic and had a coffee. On the way back we had a very quick look at wedding rings.

It rained much of the afternoon so we stayed inside and worked before eating dinner in the car, watching the sea, with rain and a rainbow coming over. This time no drowning birds were spotted although a couple of almost adult seagulls were harassing their mums for attention and they were being well and truly ignored. There was also a one-legged seagull trying hard to balance on a post in the wind!
